Scatterday - M
- Music: Men at Work
- Dangerous: Minefield, Missile, Mirage Fighter
- Cold: Moggie
That great Aussie band - Men at Work. Our CD has these iconic ballads like "Who can it be now" and "Downunder." It has often been an anthem that has been well played when ever we travel.
Well we've seen and done some Dangerous things. In 1991 we were in the Middle East. Here I am taking in the views across the Minefields in the Golan Heights. The spelling might be wrong, but the message is still clear. Then there is the Missile. An Anti Aircraft Missile. This one is a Soviet made SAM 8. And even for its advanced years it looks downright deadly! Finally a picture of my better half with an Israeli Mirage fighter jet. This one was fairly dangerous to others, by the markings on it, you can see it has shot down 13 adversaries.
And now here is my favourite. My little Moggie, who at the time, was quite CCCold. When we lived in Seattle we saw our fair share of snow each winter. Here is Indy trying out the snow and from some of his expressions, he's not so impressed with it. Much preferring the wide warm sandy beaches of Australia to the frozen plains of America. At least the sand makes for a more comfortable litter tray.
